About Sara Welch, P.A.

Sara Welch, PA-C has transitioned her medical career from emergency medicine with critical care management to family practice and on to subspecialty care of sleep medicine and cardiovascular disease management as a certified clinical lipid specialist. She has cared for patients of all ages and stages of life.

As cardiovascular disease remains the leading cause of death in the United States and worldwide, Sara thrives on empowering her patients to make healthy lifestyle choices, being a patient advocate, and educating and managing the risk factors involved with heart disease prevention.

As an Alabama Gulf Coast native, Sara lives in Daphne with her husband, two sons, and yellow lab. They enjoy being involved with their church, school, sports, and spending time with family and friends.
